About EOS.IO Developer Relations Team

Our Developer Relations team has a global reach and supports developers all around the world who are in love with the latest trends in distributed technologies and with EOS.IO software. We are advocates of our technology and strive to make it better through communication to our core users – developers.
As a EOS.IO Developer Partnership Advocacy Lead you will be working in the Developer Relations team and reporting to the Head of Developer Relations. Your primary responsibility will be dedicated support and management of the relationships with 3rd party partners and teams that are strategic for our company – starting from the conception stage and following with the implementation and launch. You will also be required to maintain relationship with community-driven projects that are built around our ecosystem. You will be working closely with the core development team and creating educational material to help a new generation of developers start building on EOS.IO. You will also work with wider Developer Relations team, communicating the feedback from the projects back into development.
As an early member of a wider Developer Relations team you will be presented with many opportunities to participate in exciting Developer Relations activities - speaking at online and real life events and be a thought leader in the industry, writing blog posts, helping to facilitate hackathons and developers meetups, engage with ground-breaking startups in blockchain industry and other activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining excellent networks and working relations with 3rd party projects and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Creating and implementing detailed annual, monthly & weekly plans for advocacy/engagement activities.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to projects needs and objectives.
  • Identify content and platform improvements through analytics and feedback loop.
  • If desired, champion our developer products in person and online by presenting at conferences, blogging, videos and other similar activities.
  • Prepare reports on account status.


Job Requirements

  • MUST speak fluent and written English with good presentation, communication and computer skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Experience writing code in C++/JavaScript=.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
