About EOS.IO Developer Relations Team

Our EOS.IO Developer Relations team has a global reach and supports developers all around the world who are in love with the latest trends in distributed technologies and with EOS.IO software. We are advocates of our technology and strive to make it better through communication to our core users – developers.
As a EOS.IO Developer Relations Support Agent you will be working in the Developer Relations team and reporting to the Head of Developer Relations. Your primary responsibility will be support of 3rd party developers needing technical support through our Developer support channels. You will be helping developers solve their development challenges and communicate back to the internal team on developers experience improvements where possible. You will engage with the thriving EOS.IO community through Developer Support channels and shape the future of distributed applications built on top of EOS.IO.
As an early member of a wider Developer Relations team you will be presented with many opportunities to participate in exciting Developer Relations activities - speaking at online and real life events, write blog posts, help facilitating hackathons and developers meetups, engage with ground-breaking startups in blockchain industry and be a thought leader in the industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support through our support channels.
  • Communicate customer feedback and process suggestions.
  • Identification of the developers experience improvements through analytics and feedback loop.
  • Identifying cause of dissatisfactions, and provide ways for improvement.
  • If desired, champion our developer products in person and online by presenting at conferences, blogging, videos and other similar activities.
     

Job Requirements

  • MUST speak fluent and written English with good presentation, communication and computer skills.
  • Experience writing tutorials, guides, API docs, sample apps.
  • Experience writing code in C++/JavaScript.
  • Preferably with 2 years of working experience in IT industry customer support role.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
