The Job

We are looking for a qualified Marketing and Communications Manager to join our Marketing team who is experienced in developing marketing strategies and campaigns that are effective globally. You should have extensive project management experience, including managing an annual department budget. Ultimately, we are looking for someone that can work within the marketing team to drive projects, including video, branded content, and coordinated event campaigns forward in an organized and successful way. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver marketing and communication strategies along with relevant stakeholders in the department.
  • Create, plan, and drive creative content marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and user adoption.
  • Effectively oversee and manage the annual budget for marketing and communications activities, ensuring cost effectiveness and timely reporting.
  • Work closely with the Digital Content Manager and the Marketing Lead to ensure effective and audience-specific marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are done on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Manage a team of general content writers and marketing support.
  • Work with third party vendors on marketing campaigns including video creation, branded media, and additional advertising.
  • Coordinate internal departments and third parties for flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Work with internal departments on marketing requests and ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Report and escalate issues to the Marketing Lead as needed. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communication, business or related field 6+ years of industry experience.
  • Project Management experience required with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing techniques.
  • Ability to manage a small group of people.
  • Proven experience in managing production budgets effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficient in social listening tools and measurement techniques, with hands on experience in both.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
